'Ulu at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is a sophisticated yet welcoming oceanfront dining destination that captures the essence of Hawaiian luxury with a modern Pacific-inspired culinary spirit. Perched steps from the Pacific, its brand blends local aloha warmth with refined pan-Asian techniques and a commitment to sustainability, sourcing the majority of its ingredients from Big Island farms and waters to create vibrant seafood, sushi, and inventive dishes that reflect the island’s bounty. Set against a backdrop of sunsets and sea breezes, ‘Ulu’s vibe is elegant and relaxed—perfect for both memorable special occasions and leisurely evenings where fresh flavors, impeccable service, and a deep sense of place come together in true Hawaiian style. The fresh island flavours and pan-Asian techniques merge in a creative culinary adventure, celebrating Hawaii’s local bounty, led by Executive Chef Richard Polhemus.
